My mentors Eben Pagan and Annie Lalla explain: WHAT DOES A COACH DO? A coach helps people take action, get things done, and then supports them through transitions in their lives. The client learns a skill, then they apply the skill, they receive the confidence, and they go forwards with higher self-esteem.

Coach MJ’s thoughts: I am a living example that coaching works, I proudly have invested in myself through time and money to get where I am today. I am CONTINUALLY self-coaching myself and learning to keep the ripple effect on my confidence, growth and to live the best happy life I can.

I’m heavily into my learning, because the experts know more about the brain and human relationships in today’s world. I pride myself in KEEPING UP TO DATE::))
